清掃果庫蘋果入庫前必須對果庫進行認真清掃,並將雜物、垃圾等清理出庫外,然後用1%的福爾馬林溶液噴霧消毒或用硫磺熏蒸2~3天(每立方米用10克硫磺)。蘋果入庫時,應先適當通風。

果庫管理果庫的管理主要是溫度、濕度的調控。蘋果貯藏的適宜溫度為0℃~2℃,相對濕度為80%~90%。suoyi,zaipingguorukuhuorujiaochuqiyaoqinjianzha,ruguowendupiangao,yaojishitiaozhengzhilengshebeihuocaiyongzirantongfengjiangwen。zirantongfengdejiangwenshijianyaoxuanzaitianliangqian,zheshiwaijieqiwendi,rongyijiangwen。dijiaodeshiduyibanrongyikongzhi,pingdijiandeguokushidujiaonanzhangwo。ruguoshidupiandishi,yifangmianyaozhakanguokushifoufengbiyanshi,lingyifangmianyaocaiyongrengongzaoshibaochishiduwending。ciwai,zaijianzhazhongfaxiandebingguo、爛果要及時帶出果庫,以防病菌傳播蔓延。
分fen級ji銷xiao售shou貯zhu藏zang的de蘋ping果guo在zai銷xiao售shou前qian最zui好hao按an規gui格ge分fen級ji裝zhuang箱xiang,不bu要yao混hun裝zhuang。混hun裝zhuang看kan似si簡jian化hua了le一yi點dian程cheng序xu,但dan收shou入ru會hui明ming顯xian減jian少shao。精jing明ming的de果guo農nong就jiu算suan過guo賬zhang,同tong是shi一yi個ge果guo園yuan采cai摘zhai的de蘋ping果guo,混hun裝zhuang出chu售shou每mei公gong斤jin隻zhi賣mai1.8~2元;如果是分級出售,每公斤蘋果可賣到2.8~3元。所以,筆者提倡分級銷售,這實際是果品生產上的一個增值手段。
