選擇未盛過酸、堿、鹽、油的缸或罐,用清水洗滌幹淨,使其倒置,令缸(罐)內壁的水滴完,然後翻回放正,再用70%的酒精或60°白bai酒jiu擦ca拭shi內nei壁bi消xiao毒du。待dai葡pu萄tao成cheng熟shu且qie氣qi溫wen降jiang至zhi葡pu萄tao有you受shou凍dong危wei險xian時shi,將jiang果guo穗sui剪jian下xia,逐zhu層ceng放fang入ru缸gang內nei,每mei層ceng葡pu萄tao之zhi間jian用yong竹zhu筍sun或huo林lin秸jie編bian織zhi的de簾lian子zi隔ge開kai,以yi防fang葡pu萄tao層ceng與yu層ceng之zhi間jian壓ya傷shang,又you便bian於yu通tong風feng。裝zhuang滿man後hou用yong無wu毒du塑su料liao薄bo膜mo封feng口kou、紮緊,置於陰涼處貯存。貯存溫度以0℃左右為好。也可將裝滿葡萄的缸或罐封口後埋入背陰處的地下,上麵再蓋20~40厘米厚的土,以免積水,這樣貯至元旦或春節,葡萄仍然新鮮可口。
