香茅加工蒸餾方法有下列三種:
1. 水中蒸餾:youchengshuizhufahuopaozhengfa。jiangxiangmaoyefangruzhengliuqizhongzhengliu,jiangxiangmaoyouzhengliuchulai。guozhongjiashuiliang,shiyuanliaoquanbutourushuizhongjike。youdianshishebeijiandan,feiyongdi,bandongrongyi。quedianshi:一部分不易蒸出。有些易變的物質如醛類易引起縮合作用,從而降低出油率、油質差。蒸餾時間長達5~6小時,消耗燃料多,一般生產上已很少采用水中蒸餾。
2. 水上蒸餾:是生產上常用的一種方法,又稱常壓蒸汽蒸餾。在上述蒸餾器中加一隔板(假底),使shi原yuan料liao與yu水shui分fen開kai,利li用yong蒸zheng餾liu器qi本ben身shen產chan生sheng的de蒸zheng汽qi進jin行xing蒸zheng餾liu。蒸zheng汽qi永yong遠yuan是shi飽bao和he的de濕shi蒸zheng汽qi,而er不bu可ke能neng成cheng為wei過guo熱re蒸zheng汽qi,植zhi物wu原yuan料liao隻zhi與yu蒸zheng汽qi接jie觸chu而er不bu與yu沸fei水shui接jie觸chu。采cai用yong此ci法fa需xu注zhu意yi保bao持chi鍋guo內nei一yi定ding水shui量liang,防fang止zhi設she備bei漏lou氣qi。優you點dian是shi:設備簡單,費用低,移動方便,還可以減少香茅油的水解,出油率也較水中蒸餾法為高。缺點是:對於某些沸點較高的成分,用水上蒸餾的常壓蒸汽不易將其蒸出。
3. 蒸汽蒸餾:zhengliuxiangmaoyoudeduizhengqilingyouzhengqiguolufasheng,yongzhengqidaoguandaoruzhengzengdedibuzhengchujingyou,chengweizhengqizhengliu。keyiyongchangyaguolugongyingdezhengqijinxingzhengliu,youyidingyali,chenggaoyazhengliu。youyuzhengqiyundongsududa,wendugao,keyijiasuzhengliusudu。yibanmeizhengyicizhixu2.5~3.5小時,香茅油中沸點較高的組分易於蒸出。優點是:一般設有2~4個蒸甑,可以晝夜不停的輪流蒸餾,出油率高,燃料消耗少。缺點是:設備費用高,移動不便,隻適宜於固定的較大規模的生產。
