3、曝曬: 把原料從鹽水中撈起,進行日曬,曬到欖胚表麵形成鹽霜,體積收縮而且幹爽為止。
4、回軟: 堆積並加以複蓋1-2天。
5、複曬: 回軟後再曬1-2天。
6、半成品包裝: 密封包裝,防止受潮。
