鹽礬水溶液由明礬和食鹽溶於水而成。明礬起保持果肉硬變的作用,不致軟化;食鹽有防腐作用。溶液配製的方法是:每50公廳開水中加食鹽1公斤,明礬0.25公斤,充分溶解冷卻後備用。
