2、中期過凍關:從12月中旬到1月下旬,當窖溫降於1至3攝氏度時,應在窖頂堆放玉米秸、daocaodeng,zaicaiduishangyongcaodaifugai,zhongwuduanshijiantongfeng,yipaichujiaoneiwenqi,zhicaicishuyaoshao,zhouqiyaochang,caiyebulanbuzhaichu,baohuhaowaibangheneiyebushousunshang。
3、後期防爛關:2yuezhongxundaochujiaozheyiduanshijian,tianqijianjianbiannuan,qiwenhuisheng,dabaicaijiyifulan。zheshiqiguanliyijiangdijiaowenweizhongxin,yejiantongfengshijianshidangyanchang,daocaiyaoqin,bingjiangdicaiduogaodu,zaixizhaiye,jishichulidiaolancaiye,yifanghuxiangwuran。dangqiwenshangshengdao0度時,應把窖內棚頂上的霜打掃幹淨,以免水滴到菜上造成菜的腐爛。
