1.在煮茶前,應把茶磚研碎備用。
2.洗鍋

3,熟茶
熬茶時應先把水燒開,然後倒入研碎的磚茶熬3分鍾左右即可。熬茶時火候和時間都要掌握好,要用硬火熬。時間太短,茶不出味,時間太長則會破壞維生素並使茶香散失。
4.過濾
即把熬好的茶汁濾去茶渣備用。
5.再燒茶
把鍋燒熱後,用切碎的羊尾巴油熗鍋,倒入少量茶汁,再放人一勺小米,將其煮到開花,然後倒入全部茶汁並放人炒米和黃油醜鹽巴。
6.攪拌配料
把牛奶、稀奶油、奶皮子、黃油渣、黃油等配料按比例混合後放人一個專門的攪茶桶中不斷攪拌,直到混合物中分離出一層油為止。
7.加料
待到鍋中的茶汁燒到濃開時,加入攪拌好的配料,並再攪拌片刻,這樣一鍋熱香四溢、美味可口的阿巴嘎奶茶就算熬好了

綜上所述,緊壓茶的飲用方法,與其他眾多的飲用方法相比,至少有三點不同:一是飲用時先要將緊壓成塊的茶葉打碎;二是不宜衝泡,而要用烹煮的方法,才能使茶汁浸出;三是烹煮時,大多加有佐料,采用調飲方式喝茶。
