羊肚菌俗稱羊肚蘑、羊肚菜、狼肚菌、狼(lang)肚(du)菜(cai),以(yi)其(qi)菌(jun)蓋(gai)表(biao)麵(mian)生(sheng)有(you)許(xu)多(duo)小(xiao)凹(ao)坑(keng),外(wai)觀(guan)極(ji)似(si)羊(yang)肚(du)而(er)得(de)名(ming),是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)野(ye)生(sheng)珍(zhen)貴(gui)食(shi)用(yong)菌(jun),也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)高(gao)級(ji)營(ying)養(yang)滋(zi)補(bu)品(pin)。它(ta)多(duo)生(sheng)長(chang)在(zai)潮(chao)濕(shi)的(de)針(zhen)闊(kuo)葉(ye)混(hun)交(jiao)林(lin)中(zhong),其(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)品(pin)種(zhong)有(you)尖(jian)頂(ding)羊(yang)肚(du)菌(jun)、粗柄羊肚菌、短柄羊肚菌等7~8種。
