葡萄水罐子病也稱轉色病,東北稱水紅粒,是葡萄上常見的生理病害,尤其在玫瑰香等品種上水罐子病尤為嚴重。
(1)病症 水罐子病主要表現在果粒上,一船在果粒著色後才表現症狀。發病後有色品種明顯表現出著色不正常,色澤淡;而er白bai色se品pin種zhong表biao現xian為wei果guo粒li呈cheng水shui泡pao狀zhuang,病bing果guo糖tang度du降jiang低di,味wei酸suan,果guo肉rou變bian軟ruan,果guo肉rou與yu果guo皮pi極ji易yi分fen離li,成cheng為wei一yi包bao酸suan水shui。用yong手shou輕qing捏nie,水shui滴di成cheng串chuan溢yi出chu,故gu有you水shui罐guan子zi之zhi稱cheng。發fa病bing後hou果guo柄bing與yu果guo粒li處chu易yi產chan生sheng離li層ceng,極ji易yi脫tuo落luo。病bing因yin主zhu要yao是shi營ying養yang不bu足zu和he生sheng理li失shi調tiao。
(2)發病規律 一般在樹勢弱、摘心重、負載量過多、肥料不足和有效葉麵積小時,該病害容易發生;地下水位高或成熟期遇雨,尤其是高溫後遇雨,田間濕度大時,此病尤為嚴重。
