3.5.2.5 矽膠輥

3.6 複合速度

從管理上說,要保證這種高新產品的質量,主要是按IS09000質量標準體係嚴格貫徹執行,並從以下幾點著手:

(2)在工藝設備上,為了保證試製產品的質量,我們從關鍵工藝點、模具入手,經過多次技術谘詢和對現場生產的流延膜進行分析,認為最重要的關鍵點是:模mo具ju內nei腔qiang即ji內nei部bu流liu道dao應ying盡jin可ke能neng呈cheng流liu線xian型xing,不bu得de有you任ren何he死si角jiao,以yi防fang止zhi熔rong融rong料liao在zai流liu道dao中zhong停ting滯zhi而er分fen解jie。熔rong體ti在zai機ji頭tou內nei各ge處chu的de流liu動dong阻zu力li要yao保bao持chi相xiang同tong,停ting留liu時shi間jian要yao相xiang等deng,口kou模mo間jian隙xi要yao均jun勻yun一yi致zhi,流liu延yan的de出chu膜mo速su度du要yao穩wen定ding,以yi確que保bao薄bo厚hou度du的de均jun勻yun性xing,能neng使shi熔rong融rong料liao在zaiT模(mo)前(qian)段(duan)各(ge)區(qu)域(yu)所(suo)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)向(xiang)應(ying)力(li)得(de)以(yi)鬆(song)馳(chi)。另(ling)外(wai),模(mo)具(ju)也(ye)是(shi)每(mei)台(tai)擠(ji)出(chu)機(ji)能(neng)耗(hao)最(zui)高(gao)部(bu)位(wei)。因(yin)此(ci),我(wo)們(men)為(wei)了(le)使(shi)流(liu)延(yan)製(zhi)品(pin)複(fu)膜(mo)均(jun)勻(yun),能(neng)耗(hao)降(jiang)低(di),特(te)要(yao)求(qiu)美(mei)國(guo)Cloere公司在模腔內部的設計,按照我們提出的要求執行,必須采用高精度流延模頭和調幅式內阻流結構,從而能絕對保證複膜厚度偏差≤5%。溫度控製采用固態調壓模塊及數字智能控製,控製精度溫差±5℃,該指標在國內目前屬領先地位。這樣,其既能保證製品的均勻,複合牢度好,又能使能耗大大降低。因此,本次新產品試製采用的T模內,各幾何形狀就顯得非常重要。在這方麵,美國Cloere公司生產的T型模具在此技術上具有獨到之處,並能完全滿足我們的要求。為此,我們選擇了進口1台最先進的T型模具,以獨特的模腔流道來保證流延PE膜的質量。
