追溯體係有助保障食品安全
以糧食產品為例,北京糧食科學研究院院長賈健斌對中國經濟網記者表示,由於我國的糧食有不同渠道、不同供應商,穀物的加工、處理以及設備信息也難於記錄,造成了糧食的溯源困難。“這(zhe)幾(ji)年(nian)國(guo)內(nei)有(you)企(qi)業(ye)通(tong)過(guo)無(wu)線(xian)射(she)頻(pin)技(ji)術(shu)和(he)信(xin)息(xi)編(bian)碼(ma),對(dui)產(chan)品(pin)進(jin)行(xing)多(duo)平(ping)台(tai)的(de)追(zhui)溯(su),並(bing)通(tong)過(guo)軟(ruan)硬(ying)件(jian)的(de)研(yan)發(fa)來(lai)顯(xian)現(xian)多(duo)層(ceng)次(ci)產(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)追(zhui)溯(su),是(shi)為(wei)了(le)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)買(mai)的(de)放(fang)心(xin),國(guo)家(jia)監(jian)管(guan)部(bu)門(men)監(jian)管(guan)能(neng)夠(gou)放(fang)心(xin)。
對此,中國物品編碼中心總工程師李建輝認為,產品編碼非常必要,為食品添加一個唯一的”身份編碼“,將大大提高可追溯性,一旦發生食品安全問題,可以更快更準確地找到問題並解決問題
