明代王象晉在《群芳譜》中,把茶的保鮮和貯藏歸納成三句話:“喜溫燥而惡冷濕,喜清涼而惡蒸鬱,宜清獨而忌香臭”。唐代韓琬的《禦史台記》寫道:“貯於陶器,以防暑濕。”宋代趙希鵠在《調燮類編》中談到:“zangchazhifa,shijinyiping,meinianshaodaocaohuirudatong,chapingzuotongzhong,yihuisimiantiantongpingshang,fuhuizhushi。meiyong,bohuikaiping,quchaxieshao,rengfushanghui,zaiwuzhenghui。”明代許次紓在《茶疏》中也有述及:“收藏宜用磁甕,大容一二十斤,四周厚箬,中則貯茶,須極燥極新,專供此事,久乃愈佳,不必歲易。”說明我國古代對茶葉的保藏就十分講究。現將當前家庭常用的幾種貯茶方法介紹如下:
一、壇藏法:yongcifazhuzangchaye,xuanyongderongqibixuganzaowuwei,jiegouyanmi。changjianderongqiyoutaobengwatan,wuxiutietongdeng。lingwai,xuyaotixingdeshi,chayetongchangbuyihunzang,yinweihongchashijingfajiaojiagongerchengde,huachazeyihuaxiangqusheng,erlvchayouzichengyiti,tangyijiayoujizhongfenggebuyi,xiangqijiongyidechayezhuzangzaiyiqi,zehuiyinxianghuganranershiqubenlaidetese。
二、罐藏法:muqian,youxuduojiatingcaiyongshishoudetieguan,zhuhehuomuhedengzhuangcha。zhexieguanhuohe,ruoshishuangcengde,qifangchaoxingnenggenghao。zhuangyouchayedetieguanhuohe,yingfangzaiyinliangchu,bimianchaoshiheyangguangzhishe。ruguoguanzhuangchayezanshibuyin,keyongtoumingjiaozhifengkou,yimianchaoshikongqishenru。
三、袋藏法:目mu前qian用yong得de最zui多duo的de是shi用yong塑su料liao袋dai保bao藏zang茶cha葉ye,這zhe也ye是shi家jia庭ting貯zhu藏zang茶cha葉ye最zui簡jian便bian,最zui經jing濟ji的de方fang法fa之zhi一yi。用yong塑su料liao袋dai包bao裝zhuang茶cha葉ye,能neng否fou起qi到dao有you效xiao的de保bao藏zang作zuo用yong,關guan鍵jian是shi:一要茶葉本身幹燥,二要選擇好包裝材料。
四、冷藏法:用冰箱冷藏茶葉,可以收到令人滿意的效果。但有兩點是必須注意的:一是要防止冰箱中的魚腥味汙染茶葉;二是茶葉必須是幹燥的。
