(2)人工幹製法 人工幹製法不受氣候條件限製,幹燥迅速,效率高,質量好。這種方法主要有供房和隧道式烘幹機等。
利用烘房幹製果蔬,簡便易行,效果較好,由於各地條件不一,烘房形式多樣,但基本結構大同小異,主要由烘房主體、加熱升溫設施、通風排熱設施、原料裝載設備等組成。隧道式幹製機是一種長形通道幹燥設備,原料在載體上(載車、傳送帶等),沿隧道間隔地或連續地通過而實現幹燥。隧道有單隧道式、shuangsuidaoshiheduosuidaoshidengjizhong,xingzhuangrenxiaobuyi,suidaoyouganzaojianhejiarejianliangbufenzucheng,jiarejiansheyudansuidaohuoganzaojiandecemianhuoshuangsuidaoganzaojiandezhongyang,zaijiarejiandeyiduanhuoliangduanzhuangshejiareqihechuifengji,tuidongrekongqijinruganzaojian,jingguoyuanliao,shiqishuifenzhengfaerganzao。feiqiyibufencongpaiqitongpaichu,yibufenhuidaojiarejianjingshengwenhouzhongxinliyong。suidaoshiganzaojiyiyuanliaoheganzaojiezhideyunxingfangxiang,fenweiniliushi、順流式和混合式三種。逆流式幹製機適宜於幹製含糖量高,汁液粘厚的果實,如桃、杏、葡萄等的幹製,順流式宜幹製含水量高、固形物含量低的果蔬。混合式於製機集中了逆流式與順流式的優點。適宜於大多數果蔬的幹製。
