西瓜的供應時間可以通過栽培方式(如春提早、秋延遲、保護地栽培)及(ji)南(nan)北(bei)方(fang)的(de)調(tiao)運(yun)來(lai)調(tiao)劑(ji)。目(mu)前(qian),西(xi)瓜(gua)機(ji)械(xie)冷(leng)藏(zang)保(bao)鮮(xian)技(ji)術(shu)也(ye)是(shi)解(jie)決(jue)市(shi)場(chang)供(gong)應(ying)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)有(you)效(xiao)方(fang)法(fa)。我(wo)們(men)采(cai)用(yong)現(xian)代(dai)小(xiao)型(xing)冷(leng)庫(ku),在(zai)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)隔(ge)熱(re)建(jian)築(zhu)庫(ku)內(nei),裝(zhuang)有(you)機(ji)械(xie)冷(leng)卻(que)設(she)備(bei),根(gen)據(ju)西(xi)瓜(gua)的(de)貯(zhu)藏(zang)特(te)性(xing),人(ren)為(wei)調(tiao)節(jie)和(he)控(kong)製(zhi)貯(zhu)藏(zang)環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong)的(de)溫濕度及氣體成分,以延長西瓜的保鮮期。如豐收一號,抗病黑巨霸等中晚熟品種,可貯藏保鮮20-60d,其商品性能較好,效益可觀,具體操作規程分述如下:
一、pinzhongxuanze。xiguadepinzhongbutong,qizuzhijiegouyuhuaxuechengfengeyi。tongyixiguapinzhongdezuzhijiegouyuhuaxuechengfenyouyinshengchanghuanjingyinsudeyingxiangeryoumingxiandegaibian。yongyuzhuzangbaoxiandexigua,yingxuanzezhongwanshudenaizangpinzhong,qihantanglianggao,fengweijia、色澤鮮亮,瓜蔓和果麵均無病蟲害。
二、采收要求
1、成(cheng)熟(shu)度(du)選(xuan)擇(ze)。西(xi)瓜(gua)的(de)成(cheng)熟(shu)期(qi)與(yu)品(pin)種(zhong),播(bo)種(zhong)期(qi)及(ji)坐(zuo)果(guo)後(hou)的(de)積(ji)溫(wen)有(you)密(mi)切(qie)的(de)關(guan)係(xi)。同(tong)一(yi)品(pin)種(zhong),每(mei)一(yi)年(nian)的(de)成(cheng)熟(shu)時(shi)期(qi)也(ye)不(bu)相(xiang)同(tong)。確(que)定(ding)采(cai)收(shou)成(cheng)熟(shu)度(du),最(zui)好(hao)選(xuan)用(yong)無(wu)損(sun)傷(shang)瓜(gua)果(guo)測(ce)定(ding)儀(yi),將(jiang)測(ce)定(ding)儀(yi)的(de)探(tan)頭(tou)中(zhong)心(xin)線(xian)對(dui)準(zhun)果(guo)實(shi)中(zhong)心(xin)點(dian)上(shang),小(xiao)於(yu)8度為生瓜,大於8度為熟瓜。用於冷庫貯藏保鮮的西瓜,應選擇8成熟的瓜。因充分成熟的西瓜組織易損傷,影響貯藏品質,導致果實空心倒瓤,食用時綿軟無味,甚至腐爛。
2、采收方法。在傍晚采收,有利於降低品溫。采摘時,在瓜柄上端留5cm枝蔓,可減少水分蒸發及傷口感染。
三、yuleng。yulengshizhizairulengkuqianshixiguapinwenjinkuailengquedaosuoguidingdewendufanwei,jiaohaodibaochiqiyuanyoupinzhi。yulengzuijiandandefangfa,shizaicaizhaihouduifangzaitianjian,liyongyejiandiwenyuleng,zaiqingchenqiwenhuishengzhiqianruku。ruku1周內采用製冷機循環冷空氣,借助熱傳導與蒸發潛熱來冷卻西瓜,使西瓜與冷庫溫度一致,一般溫度為8-12℃,相對濕度80%左右,最低庫溫可控製在5-6℃。
四、冷庫消毒及製冷。西瓜貯藏冷庫及用具在使用前3-6d,選用0.1mg/kg克菌靈噴霧消毒,保持庫內清潔衛生,無雜菌。啟動庫內製冷係統,將貯藏溫度調控在8-12℃,然後根據西瓜品種特性,1周內降至最佳溫度。
五、冷藏庫的管理
1、冷庫溫度。西瓜冷庫貯藏的適溫為5-6℃,youqishizhuzangchuqi,yingxuanyongzhubujiangwenhou,zaizhuanruzhengchangzhuzang,yijianshaoxiguadeshenglibinghai,tigaozhuzangzhiliang。xiajihuoqiujiconglengkuzhongquchuxiguashi,guamianshangrongyiningjieshuizhu,chukuhouhuojiaqihenduan,suoyichukuqianxuzhujianshengwen,shixiguapinwenzhujianshenggaozhishiwenzaichuku,youliyubaozhengzhiliangheyanchanghuojiaqi。
2、冷庫濕度。西瓜冷藏適宜的相對濕度為80-85%,youyuzhengfaguanjingchangbuduandijiefubingshuang,youbuduandijiangbingshuangchongzou,yijijianzhuwuduoyongshuinicailiao,zhishikuneishidujiangdi,dabudaoxiguaduishidudeyaoqiu,kezaidimiansajiejingshuihuopushicaolian。
3、冷庫的通風換氣。冷庫內西瓜通過呼吸作用放出CO2和(he)乙(yi)烯(xi)等(deng)其(qi)他(ta)刺(ci)激(ji)性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti),當(dang)積(ji)累(lei)到(dao)一(yi)定(ding)濃(nong)度(du)後(hou),便(bian)促(cu)進(jin)西(xi)瓜(gua)果(guo)實(shi)的(de)後(hou)熟(shu)衰(shuai)老(lao),品(pin)質(zhi)變(bian)劣(lie),無(wu)法(fa)長(chang)期(qi)貯(zhu)藏(zang)。因(yin)此(ci),必(bi)須(xu)通(tong)風(feng)換(huan)氣(qi)。可(ke)選(xuan)擇(ze)氣(qi)溫(wen)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)早(zao)晨(chen),打(da)開(kai)排(pai)氣(qi)窗(chuang),在(zai)通(tong)風(feng)換(huan)氣(qi)的(de)同(tong)時(shi),開(kai)啟(qi)自(zi)動(dong)噴(pen)霧(wu)器(qi),隨(sui)冷(leng)風(feng)將(jiang)細(xi)微(wei)水(shui)霧(wu)送(song)入(ru)庫(ku)內(nei),效(xiao)果(guo)更(geng)加(jia)理(li)想(xiang)。
