什麼叫小作坊?
估計很難去定義它,人數隻有幾十個,管理不規範,沒有質量體係,設備老舊,缺乏實驗儀器,一切都是老板說的算.......大概類似的屬性,接觸過這類供應商的SQE能說出很多。
如果是審廠,大概很少有SQE願意選擇這樣的廠商來作為合作夥伴,可是偏偏公司就是有這樣的供應商讓我們SQE來管理。它們時常配合度不好,質量總出異常,處理不及時,索賠難,說出來是很多SQE的心酸淚啊,但又不能不麵對,那到底要如何才能管理小作坊式的供應商呢?

如何做到客戶少來去煩

除此之外,該簽核的協議也要簽署,例如采購協議,質量協議,用法律的手段避免供應商撂挑子,不合作。
總之,小作坊各式各樣,世上沒有兩片完全相同的樹葉,小作坊的品質管理也需要SQE在管理中不斷總結和選擇適用的方法。
