症狀 酵母菌汙染時多從培養料中間開始,導致菌種袋內的培養料或菇床培養料發酵變質,且有酒酸氣味散出,影響菌絲的生長發育。
病原 該病原菌屬於子囊菌亞門真菌,該菌在馬鈴薯蔗糖瓊脂培養基上生長的菌落為漿糊狀或膠質狀,顏色有乳白色、粉紅色、ruhuangse。youdedaiyouzhanxing,youdebianyuanzhengqi,youdebiaomianguanghua,youdebiaomianzhouzhe。zaixianweijingxiaguanchadaoyabaozi,yabaoziwuse,danxibao,yumuxibaoxingtaixiangsi。
發病特點 jiaomujunshengcunzaiyoujiwushang,jiaomujunbaozisuiqiliujinxingchuanbo,zaijunzhongshengchanguochengzhonghuoshengliaozaipeizhongyouyuxiaodumiejunbuchedi,pingdaineizhuangliaoduohezhuangliaojin,qiepingdaijianpaifangjinmi,yifashenggaijun。gaowengaoshiyouliyujiaomujunmengfahefanzhi,chuangliaoguohou、培養料含水過高,均會導致培養料發酵變質。
防治方法
(1)在(zai)菌(jun)種(zhong)生(sheng)產(chan)時(shi),培(pei)養(yang)料(liao)不(bu)要(yao)裝(zhuang)的(de)過(guo)多(duo)過(guo)緊(jin),使(shi)用(yong)適(shi)量(liang)的(de)菌(jun)種(zhong)袋(dai)。滅(mie)菌(jun)時(shi),瓶(ping)袋(dai)之(zhi)間(jian)保(bao)持(chi)適(shi)當(dang)的(de)距(ju)離(li),利(li)於(yu)整(zheng)齊(qi)疏(shu)散(san)。原(yuan)種(zhong)及(ji)栽(zai)培(pei)種(zhong)不(bu)宜(yi)采(cai)用(yong)常(chang)壓(ya)間(jian)歇(xie)滅(mie)菌(jun)方(fang)法(fa)。常(chang)壓(ya)1次性滅菌至少要保持100℃8小時。
(2)在接種中進行無菌操作,嚴格遵守接種規程。
(3)栽培過程中用幹料重量的0.2%的25%的多菌靈或0.1%的甲基托布津拌料。保持培養料適宜的含水量及溫度。用幹淨的水噴灑,減少病菌的發生。
(4)在栽培生產中發現培養料溫度過高,散發出酸味,及時用石灰水(pH=13-14)澆灌培養料,控製酵母菌繁殖。
