一、洋蔥的原產地及在我國的栽培情況
洋蔥又稱圓蔥、congtou,shubaihekecongshu,weiernianshengcaobenzhiwu,yuanchanzhongyahedizhonghaiyanan,yifeidaderouzhilinjingweichanpin。youyuyuanchandaluxingqihouqu,dangdiqihoubianhuajulie,kongqiganzao,erqieturangshiduyoumingxiandejijiebianhua,suoyizaixitongfayuguochengzhong,yangcongyouyuchangqishiyingzheyiteshuhuanjing,bujinzaixingtaishangfashengxiangyingdebianhua~~短縮的莖盤,喜濕的根係,耐旱的葉型,具有貯藏功能的鱗莖;在生理上也產生一定的適應性。在營養生長時期,要求涼爽的氣溫,中等強度的光照,疏鬆、肥沃、保水力強的土壤,較低的空氣濕度,較高的土壤濕度,表現耐寒、喜濕、喜肥的特點,不耐高溫、強光、幹旱和瘠薄。高溫長日照進入休眠期。

二、生物學特性
1、根
洋蔥的胚根入土後不久便萎縮,因而沒有主根,其根為弦線狀須根,著生於短縮莖盤的莖部,根係較弱,無根毛,主要根係密集分布在20cm左右的表土層中,故耐旱性較弱,吸收肥水能力也不強,根係生長溫度較地上部低,土壤10cm地溫5℃時,根係即開始生長,10~15℃最適,24~25℃時生長緩慢。
2、莖

3、葉和芽
洋蔥的葉,由葉身和葉鞘組成。葉身筒狀中空;biaomianjuyoulafen,juyoukanghandeshengtaixing,qikongxiaxianyujiaozhicengzhong。guanzhuangyefubuaoxian,yeshenweiwanqu。yeqiaoyuantongzhuang,xianghubaohechengjiajing。shengyuchuqi,yeqiaojibubupengda,jiajingcuxishangxiaxiangfang。shengchanghouqi,yeqiaojibujileiyingyangerzhujianfeihou,xingchengkaifangxingrouzhilinpian,linjingchengshuqian,zuiwaimian1~3層葉鞘基部所貯養分內移,而變成膜質鱗片,以保護內層鱗片減少蒸騰,使洋蔥得以長期貯存。
開放性肉質鱗片裏麵為幼芽,每個鱗莖中幼芽的數量不等,一般2~5個。每個側芽包括幾片尚未伸展成葉片的閉合鱗片和生長錐。側芽數量越多,鱗莖越肥大。
三、主要品種及特性
常用洋蔥品種,一般按蔥頭外皮顏色,可分為紅皮、黃皮與白皮三大類型(表3~1)。天津荸薺扁,北京黃皮蔥頭,東dong北bei黃huang玉yu蔥cong,熊xiong嶽yue圓yuan蔥cong,都dou屬shu於yu黃huang皮pi類lei型xing。北bei京jing紫zi皮pi蔥cong頭tou,西xi安an紅hong皮pi,上shang海hai紅hong皮pi則ze屬shu於yu紅hong皮pi類lei型xing。白bai皮pi類lei型xing品pin質zhi好hao,但dan產chan量liang太tai底di。一yi般ban隻zhi適shi於yu作zuo脫tuo水shui加jia工gong蔬shu菜cai的de原yuan料liao及ji罐guan頭tou食shi品pin的de配pei料liao,所suo以yi很hen少shao栽zai培pei。
