GMP潔淨車間設計要求及總體評估

    隨著醫藥、食品工業的發展，新的潔淨車間不斷建設
，原有的生產廠房也必須進行改造，使之符合現代潔淨生產的要求。

    1、對周圍環境的要求現代化的潔淨車間不僅要求企業內部廠容廠貌和生產車間的建設符合 GMP 的要求
，同時要求工廠周圍的環境符合特定要求，因此在建廠之前對建廠地址進行環境評估很有必要。

    1.1
、所建廠房對環境要求的評估即鑒定該地區是否符合建廠要求。評估內容主要包括三方麵：一是該地區的空氣質量；二是水資源 質量情況；另外，評估三通情況即通路、通電、通水情況。

    1.2、所建廠房對環境影響的評估淨化廠房對環境影響的評估隨著環境保護要求的提高越來越重要，評估包括三方麵：空氣、水資源、噪音。

    ①、對空氣質量影響的評估 對排放有毒有害氣體或粉塵的生產廠

，要經處理達到當地標準，而且還不能建在城鎮居民區的上風向，宜遠離居民區。

    ②、對水資源影響的評估 對水資源有汙染的生產廠不能建在居民區用水資源的上遊或周圍， 比如水庫，城鎮居民取水的河流、地下水。並且要了解當地汙水排放的情況和流向，經過處理，達標排放。

    ③、噪音嚴重的生產廠必需遠離城鎮居民區。

    2、淨化生產廠建設的總體規劃：潔淨車間建設的總體規劃不僅影響到整個廠區布局是否合理

    一般生產廠區域劃分為生產區、行政區、生活區。生產區包括淨化生產車間、庫房、通用工程。潔淨車間要考慮所建車間的性質及潔淨級別的要求。精製、灌裝生產車間對環境空氣潔淨度要求相對較高
，且車間不排放有毒有害氣體和粉塵，一般布置於常年的上風向；萃取生產車間對環境空氣潔淨度要求相對較低，且車間間歇排放有害氣體和粉塵
