二、莆薯53:福(fu)建(jian)省(sheng)莆(pu)田(tian)市(shi)農(nong)科(ke)所(suo)選(xuan)育(yu)。葉(ye)脈(mai)及(ji)莖(jing)均(jun)為(wei)綠(lv)色(se),葉(ye)形(xing)深(shen)裂(lie)複(fu)缺(que)刻(ke),茸(rong)毛(mao)少(shao),短(duan)蔓(man)半(ban)直(zhi)立(li),基(ji)部(bu)分(fen)枝(zhi)多(duo),莖(jing)尖(jian)柔(rou)嫩(nen),薯(shu)皮(pi)粉(fen)紅(hong)色(se),薯(shu)肉(rou)淡(dan)黃(huang)色(se)。生(sheng)長(chang)勢(shi)強(qiang),適(shi)應(ying)性(xing)廣(guang)。株(zhu)型(xing)、葉型、長勢極像空心菜,莖尖熟化後色、香、味俱佳。
三、尚誌12:江蘇徐州甘薯研究中心收集。薯塊紡錘形、紫紅皮、黃(huang)肉(rou),地(di)上(shang)部(bu)生(sheng)長(chang)旺(wang)盛(sheng),莖(jing)尖(jian)產(chan)量(liang)高(gao),莖(jing)尖(jian)嫩(nen)葉(ye)綠(lv)色(se),莖(jing)尖(jian)無(wu)茸(rong)毛(mao),粗(cu)纖(xian)維(wei)含(han)量(liang)少(shao),莖(jing)尖(jian)熟(shu)化(hua)後(hou)仍(reng)保(bao)持(chi)綠(lv)色(se),無(wu)苦(ku)澀(se)味(wei),適(shi)口(kou)性(xing)好(hao),適(shi)宜(yi)作(zuo)菜(cai)用(yong)。宜(yi)在(zai)城(cheng)郊(jiao)種(zhong)植(zhi),以(yi)采(cai)摘(zhai)莖(jing)尖(jian)供(gong)應(ying)市(shi)場(chang)。
四、食20:fujianshenglongyanshinongkesuoxuanyu。shukuaixiapengfangchuixing,youtiaogou,hongpi,danhongserou。jieshujiaozao,jingyeshengchangkuai,zaishengnengliqiang,jingjianyansecuilv,wukusewei,shikouxinghao,shiyucaiyong。
五、福薯7-6:fujianshengnongkeyuangengzuosuoxuanyu。shukuaifangchuixing,danhongsepi,juhongserou,jingjiannen,yansecuilv,wukuseweier,shikouxinghao,zhushuhoubaochilvseshijianchang,zaihou25天可開始采摘莖尖,以後每隔7-10天采摘一次。
