最(zui)近(jin)有(you)菜(cai)農(nong)反(fan)映(ying)櫻(ying)桃(tao)番(fan)茄(qie)著(zhe)色(se)不(bu)良(liang)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)比(bi)較(jiao)突(tu)出(chu),這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)果(guo)實(shi)賣(mai)不(bu)上(shang)高(gao)價(jia)。筆(bi)者(zhe)分(fen)析(xi)認(ren)為(wei)造(zao)成(cheng)櫻(ying)桃(tao)番(fan)茄(qie)著(zhe)色(se)不(bu)良(liang)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)很(hen)多(duo),概(gai)括(kuo)起(qi)來(lai)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)溫(wen)度(du)過(guo)高(gao)、光照過強、氮肥施用過多而鉀肥施用不足等。
一是棚內溫度過高。櫻桃番茄果實著色的過程是葉綠素分解和茄紅素、類胡蘿卜素形成的過程。當棚內溫度過高或過低時,都會抑製茄紅素的形成。一般來說,當棚內溫度高於30℃時,就會影響茄紅素的形成。而筆者在很多拱棚內發現,因前期連陰天較多,不少菜農已經撤掉了遮陽網,導致棚內溫度在40℃yishang,changshijiandegaowenshibihuidaozhiyingtaofanqiezhesebuliang。bizhejianyicainongjiangchediaodezheyangwangzhongxinfugaishang,yiquebaopengneiwendushiheyingtaofanqiezhengchangshengchang。

三是氮肥使用過多、jiafeishiyongbuzu。bizhelejiedao,yinxianzaiwendujiaogao,cainongzaishifeishiwangwangzhuzhongdanfeideshiyong,xiangyingdihushilejiafeideshiyong,tongyanghuizaochengyingtaofanqiezhesebuliang。dansuguoduo,yingtaofanqierongyichuxianlvjianxianxiang;而鉀肥不足時容易出現黃綠色果肩。因此在膨果期應注意增施鉀肥,同時應減少氮肥的用量。
