內標法
1.定義:
內標法是一種間接或相對的校準方法。在分析測定樣品中某組分含量時,選一與欲測組分相近但能完全分離的組分做內標物(內標物是樣品中沒有的組分),ranhoupeizhiyucezufenheneibiaowudehunhebiaozhunrongye,jinyangdexiangduixiaozhengyinzi。zaijiangneibiaowujiaruyucezufendeyangpinzhong,jinyanghoucedeyucezufenheneibiaowudedingliangcanshu。

3.選擇內標物的四個要求
(1)內標物應是該試樣中不存在的純物質;
(2)它必須完全溶於試樣中,並與試樣中各組分的色譜峰能完全分離;
(3)加入內標物的量應接近於被測組分;
(4)色譜峰的位置應與被測組分的色譜峰的位置相近,或在幾個被測組分色譜峰中間。
4.影響因素
在使用內標法定量時,影響內標和被測組分峰高或峰麵積比值的因素主要有化學方麵的、色譜方麵的和儀器方麵的三類。由化學方麵的原因產生的麵積比的變化常常在分析重複樣品時出現。
化學方麵的因素
(1)內標物在樣品裏混合不好;
(2)內標物和樣品組分之間發生反應;
(3)內標物純度可變等。
對於一個比較成熟的方法來說,色譜方麵的問題發生的可能性更大一些,色譜上常見的一些問題(如滲漏)對絕對麵積的影響比較大,對麵積比的影響則要小一些。

2.種類

4.特點
外標法誤差的來源,除了分離條件的變化之外,就是進樣的重複性。使用注射器進樣,外標法的誤差大約在0.5%以內。但是,使用定量進樣閥可獲得1%的精密度;若同時小心控製分離參數,分析精密度可達±0.25%。
