4.當光路調整好後,在低、中、高波長範圍內都不準確,TJ270-30紅外分光光度計波長誤差的絕對值也不相等,此時應首先調準確中波長段550nm處這點。其方法是可以用旋動波長校準螺絲,或是鬆開波長盤三個螺釘旋動波長盤,使其550nm處準確後,再測試420nm和650nm處,分析得出誤差的現象,再遵循前述1、2、3點的方法調校,直至滿意。
