三 、提(ti)高(gao)烘(hong)烤(kao)質(zhi)量(liang)。煙(yan)葉(ye)烘(hong)烤(kao)不(bu)光(guang)是(shi)要(yao)把(ba)煙(yan)葉(ye)烤(kao)黃(huang),而(er)且(qie)應(ying)掌(zhang)握(wo)好(hao)適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)程(cheng)度(du),並(bing)最(zui)終(zhong)把(ba)煙(yan)葉(ye)烤(kao)香(xiang),這(zhe)實(shi)質(zhi)上(shang)是(shi)煙(yan)葉(ye)內(nei)部(bu)實(shi)現(xian)物(wu)質(zhi)轉(zhuan)化(hua)的(de)複(fu)雜(za)的(de)理(li)化(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)。烘(hong)烤(kao)前(qian)期(qi)要(yao)控(kong)製(zhi)在(zai)低(di)溫(wen)環(huan)境(jing)下(xia)使(shi)煙(yan)葉(ye)慢(man)慢(man)變(bian)黃(huang),邊(bian)變(bian)黃(huang)邊(bian)失(shi)水(shui),實(shi)現(xian)軟(ruan)變(bian)黃(huang);中期要穩升溫,不掉溫,確保不青筋、不蒸片,使變黃期獲得的優良品質固定下來;後期溫度不要過高,一般應在68℃以下,避免烤紅,並盡可能減少煙葉香氣的損失。
四、認真分級紮把。按照烤煙收購時隻能就低不就高和煙廠進煙葉“寧可要低半個等級而純度高的煙葉,也不要高半個等級而純度差的煙葉”的(de)觀(guan)點(dian)和(he)要(yao)求(qiu),煙(yan)農(nong)應(ying)力(li)求(qiu)避(bi)免(mian)混(hun)級(ji)紮(zha)把(ba),既(ji)保(bao)證(zheng)煙(yan)葉(ye)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing),又(you)不(bu)造(zao)成(cheng)浪(lang)費(fei)。為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)紮(zha)把(ba)的(de)一(yi)致(zhi)性(xing),最(zui)好(hao)是(shi)烤(kao)一(yi)房(fang)選(xuan)一(yi)房(fang),選(xuan)好(hao)每(mei)一(yi)片(pian)煙(yan)葉(ye),最(zui)後(hou)按(an)級(ji)打(da)捆(kun),實(shi)現(xian)優(you)質(zhi)優(you)價(jia),增(zeng)加(jia)種(zhong)煙(yan)的(de)效(xiao)益(yi)。
