針對果凍杯封口膜的熱封強度性能檢測可配合Labthink 蘭光XLW係列智能電子拉力試驗機來完成試驗。經過分析果凍杯的貯存和運輸狀態,發現封口破損的另一原因是由於封口膜遭受擠壓、杯內內壓增大引起, 所(suo)以(yi)必(bi)須(xu)進(jin)行(xing)膨(peng)脹(zhang)熱(re)封(feng)強(qiang)度(du)檢(jian)測(ce)。此(ci)項(xiang)測(ce)試(shi)借(jie)助(zhu)泄(xie)漏(lou)與(yu)密(mi)封(feng)強(qiang)度(du)測(ce)試(shi)儀(yi),向(xiang)果(guo)凍(dong)杯(bei)內(nei)加(jia)壓(ya),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)記(ji)錄(lu)果(guo)凍(dong)杯(bei)封(feng)口(kou)爆(bao)破(po)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)和(he)最(zui)大(da)爆(bao)破(po)力(li),以(yi)此(ci)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)調(tiao)整(zheng)熱(re)封(feng)工(gong)藝(yi)參(can)數(shu)、改善封口效果。
