離心機在化工、製藥工業應用中需要有效保障安全生產的氮氣保護防爆係統設計。
1 防爆要求
我們知道,產生爆炸的三個要素為溫度、火源、氧(yang)氣(qi),防(fang)止(zhi)產(chan)生(sheng)化(hua)學(xue)性(xing)爆(bao)炸(zha)的(de)三(san)個(ge)基(ji)本(ben)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)同(tong)時(shi)存(cun)在(zai),是(shi)預(yu)防(fang)可(ke)燃(ran)物(wu)質(zhi)化(hua)學(xue)性(xing)爆(bao)炸(zha)的(de)基(ji)本(ben)理(li)論(lun)。換(huan)句(ju)話(hua)說(shuo),防(fang)止(zhi)可(ke)燃(ran)物(wu)質(zhi)化(hua)學(xue)性(xing)爆(bao)炸(zha)全(quan)部(bu)技(ji)術(shu)措(cuo)施(shi)的(de)實(shi)質(zhi),就(jiu)是(shi)製(zhi)止(zhi)化(hua)學(xue)性(xing)爆(bao)炸(zha)三(san)個(ge)基(ji)本(ben)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)同(tong)時(shi)存(cun)在(zai)。其(qi)中(zhong):(1)溫度,對於具體的某一介質,無論是液相還是氣相,在進行工藝設計時應考慮離心機工作溫度,這主要取決於工藝條件,在此不作詳析;(2)huoyuan,zailixinjishejishi,duiyuyundongjianyingyongzugoudeanquankongzhuanzibengjian,yixiaochukenengchanshengdejixiemocahezhuangji,tongshi,jiqibixuyouxiaochujingdiandecuoshi。duiyuzhidongzhuangzhi,budecaiyongjixiemocashizhidongzhuangzhi,yibanjuncaiyongdianqinenghaozhidongdexingshi(非接觸式製動,缺點是製動時間要比接觸式要長一點,尤其是在滿載時轉動慣量較大的情況下更是如此)。另外,對於傳動帶,則選用防靜電帶,以消除或減少靜電產生的可能;(3)氧氣,一般采用惰性氣體保護,通過向離心機內部充人氮氣置換裏麵的空氣,從而使氧氣濃度維持在安全範圍之內。
2 防爆措施
