1、磁力泵的結構特點
磁力泵由泵、磁(ci)力(li)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)三(san)部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)。泵(beng)軸(zhou)的(de)左(zuo)端(duan)裝(zhuang)有(you)葉(ye)輪(lun),右(you)端(duan)裝(zhuang)有(you)內(nei)磁(ci)轉(zhuan)子(zi),泵(beng)軸(zhou)由(you)滑(hua)動(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)支(zhi)承(cheng)。托(tuo)架(jia)聯(lian)接(jie)泵(beng)和(he)電(dian)機(ji)並(bing)保(bao)證(zheng)內(nei)外(wai)磁(ci)轉(zhuan)子(zi)的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)精(jing)度(du)。當(dang)電(dian)機(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)外(wai)磁(ci)轉(zhuan)子(zi)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)時(shi),磁(ci)場(chang)通(tong)過(guo)空(kong)氣(qi)氣(qi)隙(xi)和(he)隔(ge)(離)套,帶動內磁轉子同步旋轉,從而帶動葉輪旋轉。
1.1、泵

磁ci力li泵beng的de軸zhou承cheng是shi浸jin沒mei在zai輸shu送song介jie質zhi中zhong,並bing用yong輸shu送song介jie質zhi潤run滑hua和he冷leng卻que。國guo內nei較jiao為wei常chang用yong的de軸zhou承cheng多duo為wei石shi墨mo和he增zeng強qiang塑su料liao。石shi墨mo特te別bie是shi浸jin漬zi石shi墨mo具ju有you良liang好hao的de自zi潤run滑hua性xing、耐熱腐蝕、摩擦係數低、應用範圍很廣,但石墨較脆,強度也較低,對軸的彎曲和局部過載很敏感,應特別注意。以鋼為基體、多孔性青銅為中間層、塑料為表麵層的三層複合軸承抗壓強度高、摩擦係數小、尺寸穩定,消音減震,近年來得到應用。
1.2、磁力聯軸器

目前,可供磁力泵選用的磁性材料較多,常用的有AlNiCo、鐵氧體及稀上永磁材料衫鑽SmCo5(簡稱1:5),Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)7.4(簡稱2:17) , Nd-Fe-B等。其中稀土永磁材料最優先選用,最強有力的是鉸鐵硼Nd-Fe-B,其最大磁能積高達28 x 104T·A/m以上,內察矯頑力超過1120kA/m,倍受青睞。但其工作溫度不能超過120℃高溫條件下可選用衫鑽永磁材料,Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)7.4的磁能積約為192 x 103T·A/m,其工作溫度可高達300℃.
圓筒形聯軸器在設計、加工、裝(zhuang)配(pei)時(shi)均(jun)應(ying)十(shi)分(fen)注(zhu)意(yi)內(nei)外(wai)磁(ci)轉(zhuan)子(zi)間(jian)的(de)位(wei)置(zhi),否(fou)則(ze)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)徑(jing)向(xiang)力(li)。這(zhe)種(zhong)徑(jing)向(xiang)力(li)不(bu)僅(jin)影(ying)響(xiang)力(li)矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞(di),而(er)且(qie)對(dui)軸(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)壽(shou)命(ming)也(ye)有(you)直(zhi)接(jie)影(ying)響(xiang),嚴(yan)重(zhong)時(shi),會(hui)使(shi)磁(ci)力(li)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)無(wu)法(fa)工(gong)作(zuo)。解(jie)決(jue)這(zhe)種(zhong)徑(jing)向(xiang)力(li)的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)是(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)內(nei)外(wai)磁(ci)轉(zhuan)子(zi)應(ying)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)同(tong)軸(zhou)度(du)。另(ling)外(wai)在(zai)磁(ci)力(li)泵(beng)裝(zhuang)配(pei)和(he)拆(chai)卸(xie)時(shi),應(ying)有(you)專(zhuan)用(yong)的(de)工(gong)裝(zhuang)和(he)工(gong)具(ju),以(yi)保(bao)護(hu)人(ren)員(yuan)和(he)零(ling)件(jian)免(mian)遭(zao)磕(ke)破(po)撞(zhuang)傷(shang)。

通常滿足製造密封套的材料分兩大類:金jin屬shu材cai料liao和he非fei金jin屬shu材cai料liao。金jin屬shu材cai料liao有you較jiao高gao的de機ji械xie強qiang度du,壁bi厚hou可ke控kong製zhi在zai最zui薄bo,以yi減jian小xiao內nei外wai磁ci轉zhuan子zi的de間jian隙xi,增zeng大da傳chuan動dong效xiao率lv,同tong時shi降jiang低di隔ge套tao內nei部bu產chan生sheng的de電dian渦wo流liu損sun失shi。國guo內nei一yi般ban采cai用yong1Cr18Ni9Ti和(he)欽(qin)合(he)金(jin)。非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)料(liao)有(you)較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing),不(bu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)渦(wo)流(liu)損(sun)失(shi),能(neng)提(ti)高(gao)傳(chuan)動(dong)效(xiao)率(lv),但(dan)往(wang)往(wang)受(shou)到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)和(he)溫(wen)度(du)的(de)製(zhi)約(yue)而(er)限(xian)製(zhi)了(le)應(ying)用(yong)範(fan)圍(wei),國(guo)內(nei)常(chang)用(yong)的(de)是(shi)聚(ju)四(si)氟(fu)乙(yi)烯(xi)。
1.3、電機
磁力泵選用的電機一般為常用電機,特殊要求按規定選配。
2、磁力泵的使用與維修
2.1、使用注意事項
(1)安裝完畢後,用手轉動聯軸器檢查有無碰擦現象。
(2)為防止雜物進人泵內,泵進口處設過濾器,過濾麵積大於管路截麵積的3一4倍。
(3)嚴禁空運轉。
(4)揚程高的泵在出口管路上應裝止回閥,以防突然停機的水錘破壞。
(5)開泵程序:開車前打開進口閥門,將泵內灌滿須輸送的液體;關閉出口閥;點動電揚機,檢查泵的轉向是否正確;泵啟動後,出口閥應緩慢開啟,待泵達到正常運行狀態後,再將出口閥調到所需開度。試運轉5~10min,如無異常,可投入運行。
停車程序:關閉出口閥門;切斷電源;關閉進口,長期停機不用時,清洗泵內流道並切斷電源。
2.2、維修注意事項
(1)泵軸折斷。CQB型磁力泵的泵軸采用的材料是99%deyanghualvci,bengzhouzheduandezhuyaoyuanyinshi,yinweibengkongyunzhuan,zhouchengganmoerjiangzhouniuduan。chaikaibengjianzhashikekandaozhouchengyimosunyanzhongyufangbengzheduandezhuyaobanfashibimianbengdekongyunzhuan。
(2)軸承損壞。CQBcilibengdezhouchengcaiyongdecailiaoshigaomidutan,ruyubengduanshuihuobengneiyouzazhi,jiuhuizaochengzhouchengdesunhuai。yuantongxinglianzhouqineiwaicizhuanzijiandetongzhouduyaoqiuruodebudaobaozheng,yehuizhijieyingxiangzhouchengdeshouming。
(3)bengdabuchuyeti。bengdabuchuyetishibengzuiyichuxiandeguzhang,qiyuanyinyejiaoduo。shouxianyingjianzhabengdexiruguanlushifouyoulouqidedifang,jianzhaxiruguanneikongqishifoupaichu,bengneiguanzhudeyetiliangshifouzugou,xirenguanneishifouyouzawudusai,haiyingzhayizhabengshifoufanzhuan(尤其是在換過電機後或供電線路檢修過後),還應注意泵的吸上高度是否太高。通過以上檢查若仍不能解決,可將泵拆開檢查,看泵軸是否折斷,還應檢查泵的動環、靜環是否完好,整個轉子可否少量軸向移動。若軸向移動困難,可檢查炭軸承是否與泵軸結合的過於緊密。
值得注意的是,泵修了幾遍查不出問題,應注意磁聯軸器的工作是否正常。軸承、內nei磁ci轉zhuan子zi和he隔ge套tao在zai運yun行xing中zhong都dou會hui產chan生sheng熱re量liang,這zhe將jiang使shi工gong作zuo溫wen度du升sheng高gao,一yi方fang麵mian使shi傳chuan遞di的de功gong率lv下xia降jiang,另ling一yi方fang麵mian對dui輸shu送song易yi汽qi化hua液ye體ti的de泵beng會hui產chan生sheng很hen大da的de麻ma煩fan。磁ci鋼gang傳chuan遞di的de功gong率lv隨sui溫wen度du的de升sheng高gao是shi一yi條tiao連lian續xu下xia降jiang的de曲qu線xian,通tong常chang,在zai磁ci鋼gang工gong作zuo極ji限xian溫wen度du以yi下xia,其qi傳chuan遞di能neng力li的de下xia降jiang是shi可ke逆ni的de,而er在zai極ji限xian溫wen度du以yi上shang則ze是shi不bu可ke逆ni的de,即ji磁ci鋼gang冷leng卻que後hou,喪sang失shi的de傳chuan遞di能neng力li再zai也ye不bu能neng恢hui複fu。特te殊shu情qing況kuang下xia在zai磁ci力li聯lian軸zhou器qi出chu現xian滑hua脫tuo(失步)時shi,隔ge套tao中zhong的de渦wo流liu熱re量liang會hui急ji劇ju增zeng長chang,溫wen度du急ji劇ju上shang升sheng,如ru不bu及ji時shi處chu理li,會hui引yin起qi磁ci鋼gang退tui磁ci,使shi磁ci力li聯lian軸zhou器qi失shi效xiao。因yin此ci磁ci力li泵beng應ying設she計ji可ke靠kao的de冷leng卻que係xi統tong。對dui不bu易yi汽qi化hua的de介jie質zhi,冷leng卻que循xun環huan係xi統tong一yi般ban由you葉ye輪lun出chu口kou或huo泵beng出chu口kou引yin出chu液ye流liu,經jing軸zhou承cheng和he磁ci傳chuan動dong部bu分fen回hui到dao吸xi人ren口kou,對dui易yi汽qi化hua的de介jie質zhi,應ying增zeng加jia換huan熱re器qi或huo將jiang液ye流liu引yin到dao泵beng外wai的de貯zhu罐guan,避bi免mian熱re量liang回hui到dao吸xi人ren口kou,對dui有you固gu體ti雜za質zhi或huo鐵tie磁ci性xing雜za質zhi的de介jie質zhi,應ying考kao慮lv過guo濾lv,對dui高gao溫wen介jie質zhi,則ze應ying考kao慮lv冷leng卻que,以yi保bao證zheng磁ci力li聯lian軸zhou器qi不bu超chao過guo工gong作zuo極ji限xian溫wen度du。

(4)揚程不足。造成這種故障的原因有:輸送介質內有空氣,葉輪損壞,轉速不夠,輸送液體的比重過大,流量過大。
(5)流量不足。造成流量不足的主要原因有:葉輪損壞,轉速不夠,揚程過高,管內有雜物堵塞等。
