電熱鼓風幹燥箱大多數最高溫度在300度以下,其技術指標都較好。近幾年來,400度上幹燥箱的訂單越來越多,過去生產的400度以下幹燥箱,雖然其“溫度均勻性”指標也能滿足標準要求,但總是比較臨界,稍有不慎就可能超出標準。最近我們對400度以上的幹燥箱采取了一係列的改進措施,使“溫度均勻性”有了較大的改善。行業標準規定該產品的溫度均勻性指標為最高溫度正負2.5%,而改進後這一指標基本保持在正負1.5左右,使這一指標有了較大的改善。我們主要采取了以下幾點措施:
1、改進幹燥箱的氣流組織結構:

2、確定加熱器的最佳位置:

3、改進試樣擱板:

4、改進大門的鎖緊裝置:
400度及其以上的幹燥箱由於溫度高,材料受熱後變形大。過去的高溫幹燥箱的大門是采用單點鎖緊,但在400度du以yi上shang的de高gao溫wen下xia,大da門men變bian形xing後hou造zao成cheng大da門men與yu箱xiang體ti密mi閉bi不bu嚴yan,導dao致zhi大da門men漏lou熱re,箱xiang體ti工gong作zuo室shi內nei靠kao門men邊bian外wai側ce的de溫wen度du偏pian低di,影ying響xiang箱xiang內nei均jun勻yun性xing指zhi標biao。我wo們men將jiang大da門men改gai為wei雙shuang點dian鎖suo緊jin,使shi這zhe一yi問wen題ti得de到dao了le有you交jiao解jie決jue。通tong過guo對dui400度及其以上的幹燥箱“溫度均勻性”指標的改進,我們從中得了很多啟示,積累了一些經驗。相信這對於我們以後的幹燥箱設計的改型都會有一定的作用。
