第一章總則
Chapter I General Provisions
第一條為了規範貨物進出口管理，維護貨物進出口秩序，促進對外貿易健康發展，根據《中華人民共和國對外貿易法》（以下簡稱對外貿易法）的有關規定，製定本條例。
